Jumeirah Bali

It is hard to describe in words how exceptional this places is. Imagine you're a sheikh from Dubai and you build you palace in Bali - that's how Jumeirah Bali feels like. From the entrance to the reception and all the way to the villa everything is stunningly beautiful and clean. The estate is build on a vast area - you can walk in the gardens and promenades or ask for a buggy to transport you anywhere. My villa was spotless clean and absolutely gorgeous. With quiet surroundings and view of the golf course and bit of the ocean, it felt very calm and comfortable. All staff was super helpful and responsive, even in late hours and accommodated all my requests. All facilities - pool, gym, spa and restaurants were top level. I can't recommend this place enough :)

Amazing place, incredibly beautiful 😍 The villas, the view, the whole property - just wow!🤩 Most of the staff is very nice - breakfast team, pool and beach guys, spa girls and our favorite - the front gates security guys. So kind and welcoming! The spa deserves a special review, as it offers some great treatments including the massages, steam room and also hammam. The took Royal Dwara program and enjoyed it far beyond our expectations! Thanks again to our spa therapist.

The location is facing the beautiful Bali sunsets, moreover its located on a public beach with too much people laying just beside the hotels sun beds and really so many rubbish around that no one cares about. Despite this, all hotel areas: gardens, restaurants, shared places and of course the villas were beautifully maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The difference that elevated our experience were made by the hotel staff members- from the security team and the front desk, to housekeeping and wait staff, and even the pool & beach boys like Yudi, were doing their best to accommodate guests with professionalism, kindness and warm attitude.

What you would expect from a 5 star hotel at this price point. Very good service and very high quality room. 1. Service was top notch and the butler service through WhatsApp made things super simple, 2. Breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel, very high quality, and the omlette was probably the best I have ever had. Real highlight of the stay, 3. Kids club was very good. It rained the whole time we were there and this was a life saver. Tami was amazing and our little boy loved her. Really big room with thousands of toys and really cute sleep stations,

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Jumeirah Bali, and I must say, the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome and efficient check-in process set the tone for a wonderful stay. The receptionist, Anggie, was incredibly helpful and attentive. During my time at the hotel, I had the opportunity to interact with the duty manager, Mr. Rhoki, who went above and beyond to ensure my family and I had an unforgettable experience. The general manager, Ms. Ram, also demonstrated a deep commitment to customer satisfaction. The hotel's amenities, including the spa with Ana and the beautiful outdoor pool, were impressive. The dining team, including waiters Sindi, Sitah Akasa restaurant, Purnama, Suartana, Dekka, and the butler team of Ana and Etra, provided exceptional service and delightful cuisine. I was also captivated by the stunning architecture and design of the Jumeirah Bali, with its magnificent lobby and luxurious accommodations. I highly recommend the Jumeirah Bali to anyone seeking an exceptional hospitality experience. The level of service and attention to detail is truly remarkable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
